I think the potential for this is bigger than just being the social app for crypto/Web3 natives. Could be great mass onboarding tool for sure, but based on my initial impression it's like a nerdy cross between OG Twitter and reddit. Need more diversity of content/users still but good start.
The only real negative I see so far, and I think it's a temporary one, is lack of diversity in terms of content and users. I have many interests and so far not enough here to satisfy there. The positive is I think this could casually onboard a lot of people to Web3 since X really sucks now and folks want alternative.
The Coinbase integration will have added benefit of getting folks both on relatively user friendly Coinbase app since it makes setting up account here incredibly simple. Definitely will carve out time to engage on here though.
As someone who's new here, what's best channel to post general subject matter? Base or Farcaster? Also can anyone share good tutorial on Frames, as I assume that's how you post things like Polls or anything beyond images and video?
