After Ethereum switched to the Proof-of-Stake consensus mechanism, more than 78% of new blocks were compliant with OFAC requirements (transaction censorship allowing control over sanctioned addresses).
Now this figure has decreased to 37%, which is considered major progress in restoring Ethereum’s neutrality.
