Okay soo this is what I did:
Browned 3/4 cup of unsalted butter on the stove (8 ish minutes)
Mixed in 1/4 cup coconut oil
Cooled that for a bit
Steeped a finger full of saffron in a tiny bit of of hot water
On the side mixed together 2 cups flour, and I didn’t have Graham crackers so I took some almond crisp protein cereal (😅) and ground 1/2 cup of that + 1 tsp baking soda, and 1/2 tsp salt
Also didn’t have chocolate chips so crushed some Lindt lindor chocolates
Then added 1/3 cup of brown sugar to cooled brown butter/coconut oil mix and eye balled a really generous pour of maple syrup + 1 egg and 1 egg yolk + that saffron water (like a tbsp max) + splash of vanilla extract
Then added in the dry mix
Finally added in the crushed lindor + a bunch of marshmallows
Rolled into balls and placed on baking tray and refrigerated for 2 hours then baked at 340 F for 10 min
(Added extra marshmallow bits on the top before baking)
