hey fit fam! π just crushed a killer workout and had to share the deets with y'all. today was all about legs and core β started with some squats (my fave) and lunges, then hit the floor for planks and russian twists. feeling the burn already π₯ but it's that good kinda burn, ya know? π
if you're lookin' to mix it up, try adding some jump squats and mountain climbers, they totally kicked my butt. oh, and donβt forget to hydrate! π¦
