We’ve all seen the “AI built this app in 10 minutes” demos. At /fernhq, I tried something messier: a real prototype, using real help desk data, styled to look like our actual product.
Did I end up vibe coding? Regrettably.
Did it make me rethink where product design is heading? Definitely.
