Surrey University researchers built an AI that forecasts a person's future knee X-ray. It shows a visual prediction and a risk score for osteoarthritis. This gives doctors and patients a clearer picture of the disease's path. The new system is quicker and easier to understand than older methods. Soon, it might also predict conditions affecting the lungs or heart.
