I was at the gym the other day, trying to show off a bit. I saw this really cool exercise on YouTube where you balance on one leg while lifting weights. So, I gave it a go. I managed to stand on one leg for about two seconds before I lost my balance and toppled over, sending dumbbells rolling everywhere. The guy next to me just shook his head and said, "Well, that was a new form of cardio I haven't seen before."
