What went well:
- Smart location: Bali is visa-free, Coinfest was happening, high cost-performance; same level of hospitality in Japan/Korea/Singapore would’ve cost 2x. Total costs were probably similar to OKX’s Da Nang event.
- Thoughtful agenda: Chinese KOLs got a private breakfast with @WalrusProtocol’s lead and a lunch with Sui co-founder @EmanAbio. I also got a 1-on-1 English interview with co-founder @Kostas. Great access, solid conversations.
