Activity on @monad has definitely cooled off — Discord included. The airdrop hype faded, some people moved on to farm elsewhere, others felt burned by the distribution… and now we’re in that awkward “post-airdrop silence” phase.
One easy win? Bring back Discord roles and introduce a few new status tiers. It’s not a magic fix, but gamified identity always boosts engagement. OGs feel rewarded, newcomers feel motivated, and the whole place feels alive again.
The real question is whether the Monad team will actually revive role-based activity.
