This week i learned that one can create ones own feeds in bluesky. 😮 Not that filtering by regex does magic, but it‘s often sufficiently good and more important no algo which shows you posts, no ‚trending‘ posts. Zero of it. Admittedly with the feed I created it only showed 3 posts [ last 7 days which is the max timeframe depending on filter blocks ] but a honest result. One immediately will notice in the preview posts with 10 or more hashtags. I guess without many exceptions this is all “bot”. The point is this is not feasible on other apps, yes feasible with fc in theory but would require an own client. A currently missed opportunity for fc ? Caveat: 1000s of feeds with expected priority for again some accounts will have no use. This was tried with channels. But it could be private feeds an extension of the word filter list. Simple, good enough. Likely AI generatable. I want to see… but not ….
