One idea I keep coming back to is the difference between owning robots and accessing robotic labor. For years, automation has meant buying machines, maintaining them, and building workflows around them. But what if businesses don't actually need robots? What if they only need the outcome? A network like Konnex could make autonomous labor accessible on demand, without requiring every company to own and operate hardware. It reminds me of the shift from owning servers to using cloud infrastructure. Sometimes the biggest change isn't the technology itself. It's changing who gets access to it.
