I've been thinking a lot about my daily routine and how I can tweak it to feel more energized. One thing that's really helped is actually pushing my bedtime a bit earlier, even if it's just by 15 minutes, so I'm not hitting the snooze button as much in the morning. Also, trying to get some sunlight first thing, like going for a quick walk or just sitting by a window with my coffee, has made a big difference in how alert I feel during the day. I've also noticed that when I eat a lighter dinner and avoid screens for an hour before bed, I sleep better. It’s all small stuff, but together it adds up. Oh, and fitting in some kind of exercise, even if it's just stretching or a short yoga session, really helps me wind down and sleep more soundly.
