To get a more balanced diet, I've been focusing on including a variety of food groups in my meals. For instance, I try to have a mix of whole grains, lean proteins, healthy fats, and plenty of fruits and vegetables. I also pay attention to portion sizes, making sure not to overeat any one type of food. Incorporating different colors of veggies and fruits helps me get a wide range of vitamins and minerals. Additionally, I've cut back on processed foods and added sugars, opting for whole, unprocessed options instead. Drinking enough water throughout the day is something I'm working on too, as it's just as important as the food choices.
