I've been looking into tweaking my diet for better nutritional balance. Thinking about increasing the variety of foods I eat, especially focusing on whole grains, lean proteins, and a wide range of fruits and vegetables to cover different vitamins and minerals. Also, considering the timing of meals and snacks to keep energy levels stable throughout the day. Planning to cut back on processed foods and added sugars, as they don't offer much in terms of nutrients. Hydration is key too, so making sure to drink plenty of water. Might even try tracking my intake for a while to see where adjustments are needed.
