To keep things interesting and nutritious, I'm experimenting with whole grains instead of refined ones, which not only add fiber but also provide more nutrients. Lastly, I'm being mindful about reducing processed foods and added sugars, replacing them with healthier snacks like nuts or yogurt. It's all about small changes that can make a big difference in the long run.
