I've been looking into my daily diet and realized there's room for improvement to get a more balanced intake. To start, I'm focusing on increasing the variety of fruits and vegetables, aiming for different colors to cover a wide range of vitamins and minerals. Next, I'm cutting back on processed foods and sugars, replacing them with whole grains and lean proteins like chicken, fish, and legumes. It's also clear that hydration is key, so I'm making an effort to drink more water throughout the day. Lastly, I'm paying attention to portion sizes to avoid overeating, even with healthier options.
