In the coming week you need to remember one thing The new year is not a new chance, if you failed your goals, January first is not a fresh chance. It’s no other than just another day in your life, so stop the cope and postponing stuff till then just to give up 2 weeks in. Don’t allow yourself to make the “there’s always next year” excuse. Next year is no more than next week. If you want to make a change, have a resolution, start doing it today. Do it because you want to do it. If you can’t start today, you won’t start on 1 January, or at the very least you won’t keep it up after a week and the days become “ordinary” days again. Progress is made on the days and periods that aren’t special. Those special days are only minor psychological boosts.
