Choose clarity over being slick or fancy. Make things obvious. Your product shouldn’t depend on an instruction manual.
Choose good copywriting over icons. Words are simply better at explaining things.
Don’t nag people into doing what you want them to do. People use your product to fill a gap in their lives, not to do more tasks.
