I understand the point is how to properly detect as soon as possible that someone “that’s actually a person” is or not just a tips farmer and how to do that in a way that you don’t make the onboarding of new people become uninteresting or with too much fuss that they just give up and never get to enjoy the fun of being here.
That balance is really the key we need to get to and only these discussions, that act kinda like a brainstorm of ideas, will get us there eventually.
