Old-fashioned rice-free bibimbap 1️⃣ Prepare ingredients: eggs, tofu, luncheon meat, chopped green onion, coriander, millet pepper, garlic, and Guduweiduo rice bran oil. 2️⃣ Method: Blanch the old tofu to remove the beany smell, crush the tofu in a bowl, add a little Guduweiduo rice bran oil, fry the soft-boiled egg and luncheon meat. 3️⃣ Sauce: Mince the garlic, chopped green onion, and millet pepper and set aside. Heat oil in a pan, pour it over the prepared minced ingredients, add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, a small half tablespoon of sugar, and white sesame seeds and stir evenly, then pour it on the tofu.
