my running list of ideas for Snaps that I’m too over extended to build right now: 🔸 FID Birthday — enter any FID, see when they joined. FCs version of cake day. 🔸 Daily Pulse — new topical question every 24 hours to vibe check the community (ex. what do you think of snaps) 🔸 Streak Tracker — revive this profile feature and see your current streak (daily or by channel) 🔸Countdown & Unlock — teaser kind of thing > more of thing revealed as time expires > interact with the thing when time runs out 🔸Daily Prompt — daily starter cue (ex, when I was younger I used to… or, here’s a photo of my…) to encourage sharing interesting personal lore 🔸 FID Horoscope — connect to get your account“birthday,” get a daily account horoscope reading 🔸 The Waiting Room — a snap does absolutely nothing except show how many people are currently also doing nothing in it, live counter, no buttons except “keep waiting” 🔸 Chaos Auction — bid for a completely undisclosed item, highest bidder finds out what it is after 🔸 Yap Score — enter a FID, calculates a “yap to signal ratio” based on cast length vs engagement 🔸 Unsolicited Advice — submit your biggest current problem, snap serves you someone else’s problem, you give them advice 🔸 The Vending Machine — press a button, get a random piece of wisdom, meme, fact, link, etc. 🔸 Office Hours — builders post their available time slots, community books a slot via send_token (small deposit to reduce no-shows)
