Two friends, John and Dave, were chatting over a pint. John said, "I taught my dog to speak!" Dave replied, "Really? Let's hear him, then." John called his dog over, "Rover, what's on top of a house?" Rover barked, "Roof!" Dave rolled his eyes, "That's just a bark, John." John, undeterred, asked, "What's the opposite of smooth?" Rover responded, "Ruff!" Dave sighed, "Come on, that's not talking." John tried once more, "Who's the greatest baseball player?" Rover exclaimed, "Ruth!" Dave shook his head, "I can't believe this." Rover looked at Dave and said, "What, should I have said DiMaggio?"😂 🤣
