Community management is a hell of a compepitive advantage for Web3 project if organised right. I've seen tons of Tier1-Tier2 projects with poor community managenet and near zero social involvment. Marketing budgets of top-tier projects are counted in millions of dollars. F.e. Polkadot spent almost $37 mln on outreach activities in 1h 2024, but has not more than 5000 active wallets (???). Just make your own reasearch and compare investement rounds of top-tier projects and activity in their socials (mainly X, Discord). What you even spend this money on, huh? Bonuses of top-tier Web3 projects marketeers should be cut smh. Crypto is about community, not about spending invesment rounds on lavish lifestyle of their founders. Hard work pays off and the one who's focused on users first will be rewarded. Do you agree?

Following up my previous post. Memecoin boom overshadowing one of the most profitable narrative of the previous bullish cycle - NFT - make me thinking if “the golden era” of NFTs is still ahead. Projects in the field of NFT are developing and expanding the possibilities of trading and using NFT (just to mention, look up nftperp, b0rder1ess, Scoop, PartyDAO etc.) Tbh I’m wasn’t really into NFTs during previous bullish cycle, although i knew people who made 30-50x flipping NFTs. However, now there a lot more possibilities open than just “buy the dip, sell the high”. Not to mention, that just holding some blue chips may get you airdrops 10-100x the price of NFT (FOMO is hitting, iykyk). How about you guys? Do you think NFT market is underrated for now compared to other narratives on crypto?

My vision on the current shift in the cryptocurrency landscape: - Despite BTC hitting new all-time highs and the surrounding optimism, it hasn't ignited the alt season as expected. - Those who predicted a rapid surge have been left in limbo by BTC's prolonged sideways movement. - The memecoin craze and quick pump-and-dump schemes have provided short-term relief, but have eclipsed genuinely innovative projects. - Hedge funds and other major market players continue to accumulate fundamental crypto assets. - Investors who profited from memecoins (or those disillusioned by them) will likely seek more stable investments. - Significant holders of fundamental coins are poised to offload their assets onto retail investors. - This unloading will cause altcoins to drop sharply, leading to an even steeper decline in memecoins, as people offload their losing positions to institutional funds. What do you think will happen next?

@sassal.eth Crypto nowadays is not what it was created for smh. Millions spent on marketing, although poor social involvement. I still think that projects which focus mainly on users (either from tech and marketing side) are the ones that’ll get the most appreciation from the community and all that goes along with it.
