It’s strange how a few hours away from my phone can remind me how much it can enervate me.
Not from drama, not from stress. Just a quiet, almost invisible drain that sneaks up while you scroll.
Too many takes. Too much noise in the background. The constant hum of everything demanding attention.
Makes me wonder how often we let small things silently steal our energy and how rarely we actually notice.
