you click a nice sunset picture, spend 10 minutes selecting the right song, balancing between what you’re feeling that day and what’s not too vulnerable, and then finally put up a story. and bang, nature just chooses to make the sunset prettier right after. now you hate the fact that you wasted 10 mins putting up a picture which isn’t even the best of the day but if you delete it and choose to reupload you’ll have to reinvest another 10mins. so you just accept defeat, choose to just keep the prettier sunset picture in your camera roll, but relish it yourself. That’s true joy.
