it's been over two years since i created the modern gandhi for web3. what started as an experiment with psychological ambiguity, has also developed into a blasting critic. this is not what i wanted to be. this is not what i am. this is not what i will be. so tomorrow, i'm stepping up my game. nothing big. just baby steps into enforcing what i believe in. a string of experiments. to see how it resonates. and what do i believe in? i believe in convergent evolution. so for that to happen, there must exist ways to enable collective consciousness. i'm not sure if these attempts will trigger the reactions i want to set off. but i will have no regrets doing so, on an allegedly dying platform that has some of the profound minds among the internet. long live farcaster. long live the internet.

after reading almost all the takes on who should run farcaster, it's clear why it failed to scale in the first place. as long as the people on this platform play elite, this protocol will fail to do what it is meant to do. these fools seek an enclosed wrestling ring and wonder why people won't step in. the same fools are highly responsible for the decline of anti-farming dau. why would someone participate in an environment they cannot be a part of? an interesting observation about these fools is, they do not care about the protocol. they only care about the environment satisfying themselves and they want to keep it that way. i've said this before and i'll say it again. when we as an audience nurture the protocol, it grows. when we as an audience gatekeep the protocol, it dies.
