progress isn't the act of harnessing energy. evolution is the act of harnessing energy. progress is the act of distributing energy. a good example is the sun. it harnesses energy inside itself. and distributes that energy outside. this is possible not because physics is a limiting reagent. this is possible because physics is a defining agent. there's no scale to interpret physics. physics enables interpretation through forms like scales.
