Journaling helps me so much with processing my emotions and taking time to appreciate the little details in life :) 

I'm very unstructured in my approach - I'll write about whatever is on my mind, what I'm excited or nervous about, and the sensory details that stand out to me in the moment. Do you journal? :)

I don’t journal daily and is hard for me to do this sometimes but is very helpful when I feel a struggle or stress on smth I put everything from my brain cluttered to paper and it helps to solve the issue I have. I find it amazing that you can do this daily.
