It sounds delicious indeed (: I have bought one once - "Zatar" I think it is the same just in Spanish, I also saw it is Kosher but always wondered what was it, lol - I was cooking without knowing for sure what I was using, but smelled and tasted delicious! Thanks for letting me know.
