13/ Ethereum proposes no fixed supply and instead only controls emission rates (i.e. inflation/deflation).
If emissions > ETH burned -> inflation
If emissions < ETH burned -> deflation
It's more like a very astute CB, which I believe is the winning idea in the long run.
