What‘s the right order in a day? 1️⃣Football 2️⃣Table Tennis 3️⃣Gym 4️⃣Padel I think I’d go with 3️⃣4️⃣2️⃣1️⃣ and if that isn‘t enough, squeeze in a short run before the gym or after Padel.
