Update regarding the /manga-anime channel. I'm arranging for the channel to be run by team /shibuya; they will make a decision regarding Artist Feature Fridays. I will be taking an indefinite hiatus from Warpcast. (1/2)

Thanks to everyone who has offered support and guidance. Honestly, I did not prepare for this type of thing when becoming channel lead because Warpcast was the place in web3 where you could let your guard down. I think people jokingly complained about it being too nice, lol, but it was genuine, and I enjoyed it.

I’m not modding /manga-anime any differently than any other channel, many of which have much stricter guidelines and mods have stated openly that they will block people, so the vitriol is really baffling to me.

I’ve put sweat and financial equity into /manga-anime. I’ve moderated the channel as expected by @dwr.eth and no differently than other large channels—many which have stricter policies, and some are gated. I don’t deserve this. The bullying, the harassment, none of it.
