sounds like your starter's a bit too warm or there's too much in the jar. You can try using a bigger jar or moving it somewhere a bit cooler so it doesn't get too excited. Also, make sure to feed it more regularly if it’s growing that fast! A good trick is to leave some space at the top of the jar to let it rise without spilling over.
