A month ago I made one boring decision about Eater: it had to be a normal web page. No app store, no download, no wallet screen. Tap a link and you're in the game in about two seconds.
Then I opened it on my own phone and half the screen was browser. Address bar on top, buttons at the bottom, my cell squeezed into what was left. So now it installs. Add it to your home screen and the bars go away and it's just the dish.
And you never have to own anything to play. Play free, win an orb, and if you decide later you want to really own it, that's a wallet and it's yours to keep or sell. Carrying your stuff across that switch is the next thing I'm building.
