I agree with you! shouldn't feel like work, nouns has never felt like work to me. The incentive for voting / reviewing candidates is caring about the outcome of nouns. but if a candidate is low impact, and not personally meaningful to me, then I'll just ignore it. Doesn't really matter to me if it passes/fails
