For @0ffline Korean Beef Marinade (for ~1 lb of sliced steak) Base: • 3 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tbsp brown sugar or honey • 1 tbsp sesame oil • 1 tbsp rice or apple cider vinegar • 2 tsp minced garlic • 1 tsp grated ginger • 1–2 tbsp chopped green onion Tenderness: • 1 tbsp pear or apple juice (or grated pear) • 1 tbsp neutral oil Heat (optional): • 1 tsp gochujang or ½ tsp red pepper flakes Finish: • Toasted sesame seeds on top Quick-marinate 30 min–overnight, sear hot, and toss it with fried rice or noodles. 🔥
