It’s very hard for me to even open X these days. Knowing what Musk has done. And seeing the horrid messages of his cheerleaders full of hatred for women and minorities. Somehow they convince themselves that the things that are happening (like women bleeding to death from miscarriages b/c doctors refuse to help) aren’t happening—it’s just “what we’ve been told” by the media. This is false consciousness. They know these things are happening. They just don’t care. So they hide behind “how do you know it’s real?” When they build the concentration camps they’ll probably say they’re 4-star resorts and people should be thankful for the wonderful accommodations. I used to believe people were mostly good. I do not believe that anymore.
