yeees. There're no public hubs with write method enabled to propagate the signer key (as far as I know and @deodad confirmed it). I'm following this documentation https://github.com/farcasterxyz/hub-monorepo/tree/main/apps/hubble to create it. It should be the official one published by Farcaster
