Found out burdock seeds contain arctigenin. (I know it would take a large amount of seeds) but for free! In every vacant lot.
We've convinced ourselves that healing is expensive and rare while literally walking past pharmacy fields every day.
The abundance hiding in plain sight is staggering once you know how to see it.
