Hi Murtaza. I really appreciate you putting all of that down on paper (or whatever we call it these days). I agree with many of your points. The one I would like to dig deeper on is the difference between investment and speculation and the relationship the two have. We need ways to invest in writers. And those mechanisms will be subject to speculation. The latter is hard to feel good about. The former is not. But we need speculation to make investing work.
