This bcm was pretty good, Sauce emulsion was a little bit too intense, overwhelming the aroma of minced pork Mee pok perfect al dente š Pork liver was soft, succulent, and juicy, not bitter at all, star of the dish i say Fishball took me by surprise, qq and not fishy while still having that fish aroma, runner-up Portion is bigger than the usual bcm @ orchard bcm
