At @quotient we’ve been exploring ways to surface onchain-native builders across Farcaster, not just the loudest voices, but those actually building and contributing to the ecosystem. We reviewed 943 Farcaster accounts and categorized them by role. Most are either founders (363) or employees (277), along with 226 active community members. The dataset was built by pulling from: Farcaster profile metadata Warpcast bios and recent casts Hubs and channel activity External links (LinkedIn, Twitter, org websites) Farcaster is full of builders, but it’s not always obvious who's actually shipping, collaborating, or pushing ideas forward. This project helps surface the people and projects truly shaping the ecosystem. Here’s how it’s already being used: Finding potential users for products Spotting candidates to hire or collaborate with Highlighting high-signal builders to follow or fund Supporting user research and ecosystem mapping Surfacing underrepresented voices in new hubs
