Most Founders contribute to why their company ain't growing
Some Founders don't like listening to workers and they feel they made the money and nobody can advice or dictate for them then it affects the company as an entity.
I see company as family:
- Listen to each other
- Care for each other
- Kill hate and jealousy
- Handling the company like your life depends on it.
