Also, @vinayvasanji.eth since Spain is part of the EU, EU legislation plays a massive role in this domain. It depends on the RWA backed token, but, I'd say, considering (at least!) MiFID II, MiCAR, and DLT Pilot Regime Reg is a must. Hope it helps, and feel free to DM me, too.
