Life is actually great without social media. I logged out of twitter 10 days ago, and haven't posted or read my timeline since. Same with FC. Which brings down the number of social media I use to 0, and honestly it's been a blessing. not having the notifications and the information overload from TL is a real blessing. since january 1 2025 I've been posting practically every single day, so this break feels even better. I will get back to twitter, since I will need it for work and career, but I will put a meaningfull amount of effort to minimize the adverse affect of it, by setting time blocks during which I am allowed to check notifications.
