Yep, I think initially Republicans were against because of “lockdown” backlash and big business freak out. But, like crypto, fundamentals point in the opposite way.
Big business will shed their CRE, adjust their talent, and move on.
Democrats can’t move on as today’s welfare state can’t function with WFH.
