Based on onchain data, ONLY 3142 “Vote to Stay” NFTs have been minted so far.
Against ~2.92M accounts in Neynar’s dataset (likely including bots and inactive accounts - Need someone to point me to latest spam label dataset), that’s just ~0.107%.
You can also explore the voting activity over time and see exactly who voted to stay.
Opt-in consent hits different when you look at participation, not just the split.
