Farcaster launches on Clanker are still being deployed from side wallets by major teams (today instance 90% lock-up) launching ‘utility’.
This isn’t fair to the open market:
•No way to confirm legitimacy at launch
•Teams and insiders can copy-trade & snipe outside the market
•Clanker already solved snipers w/ the 80→5% cooldown tax with the latest Clanker release
If you’re not launching from your main/Farcaster profile wallet, you’re not protecting the community - you’re actually undermining it. I call it maliciously farming on side wallets.
Ask yourself as a trader, why is this dev hiding the launch? Why do I have to wait for a post to be notified this is legit when the teams can make it obvious for everyone.
Ive seen hundreds of these, I analyse clanker every day, they’re the usual suspects - project to project - farm to farm.
Next time they don’t launch from an official farcaster profile - ask yourself why….
