had a dream last night that i got neuralink installed and i could immediately communicate with other people who had neuralink installed. there was some technology involved so raw thoughts wouldn't be transmitted, only intentional thoughts. apparently, it was a secret, so even if i thought to tell people about this new tech (since they were also connected), they would be able to immediately deprecate it inside of me.

Many people don't know this, but Claude Code is amazing at raw contract calls. Ask it to generate a wallet, get testnet ETH, and make a swap for USDC. You'll be surprised how much it can do. No need for fancy crypto AI wrappers like Bankr.

startup game is completely unrecognizable from 12-18 months ago. no idea how any VC can make bets in this new paradigm without playing the new meta themselves

Hey Farcaster—today’s a milestone: we’re launching $DAU. I want to share why @dau exists, how it mobilizes users, and where we’re headed next. 1. Why DAU? Crypto needs a simple way to mobilize real users around tasks that move their ecosystems forward. DAU lets any mini app convert an onchain action—mint, swap, vote, you name it—into a task with a clear reward. The result is that effort flows to the places that create the most value for the DAU ecosystem. 2. How it works Today, DAU works with mini apps to publish tasks on their behalf. Starting next week, we'll be starting to onboard the first wave of mini apps to create tasks for DAU users. DAU is going to be experimenting with user claim fees and mini app fees and redirect it to token holders in some manner. A lot of this will be trial and error to make sure we get the right sustainable formula. 3. Flyhweel We’re using $DAU to keep everyone rowing in the same direction: - Dev grants: Seed $DAU to builders who create high‑value tasks. - User rewards: Distribute $DAU to new and valuable users who complete them. - Revenue share: Developers and users generate fees for providing value to the DAU ecosystem. If it works, the token becomes the growth engine: more tasks → more users → higher earnings for $DAU holders → more tasks → repeat. 4. What’s next We’re already building a family of synergistic mini‑apps that plug directly into DAU—each one unlocking new task types and fresh revenue streams for $DAU. Expect updates in the coming week (my team will tackle me if I say more right now). Stoked to become DAUs with you all on Farcaster. Let’s build.

Update on @boostxyz: We've been working on a FC client designed for earning money (rather than social). Existing clients excel at community but aren’t optimized for income. We see a big opportunity to create a mobile app that lets users connect their data and unlock earning opportunities through mini apps. More on this soon

If you want your Farcaster mini app to grow fast and still make money, use this formula: 1. Take a small fee on key transactions inside the mini app. 2. Create a native token for your app that you will use for rebates and to share upside with your community. 3. Rebate users 100 percent of the fee in your own token to kickstart activity and pull in early users. Users get upside for trying the product for essentially free. 4. As the app gains traction, gradually reduce the rebate percentage over time. 5. As rebates go down, the difference between the fee you charge and what you rebate becomes margin. That margin is revenue the app can keep or share with token holders. You start by using your token to fully subsidize growth, then slowly turn on margin so the mini app becomes self sustaining and can reward the people who hold and use the token.
