So the supreme court gave presidents some unquestionable immunity. Feels very 1930s Germany. Last time I checked Biden is president. Some ideas to show the crowd cheering this decision how "it's not that fun if it's done to you": - Order a nationwide ban on showing or mentioning Trump for national security. Criminal violation of first amendment? Can't establish intent. - Put RNC and related institutions on the OFAC list. For what and why? Not allowed to ask. - Order the military to prevent congress from meeting if articles of impeachment are introduced (can't inquire into intent to establish treason) If overturned, the president would face no consequences and could do it again until impeached. He could only let congress meet if they guarantee that the first measure they pass is a bill codifying the pres is not above the law (which is better than the other dude who'd ask the opposite) Biden's 200 years old, even if they mishandle this and he is convicted, he'll be long gone before he sees any consequences.
